The Creep project has organised a statistical survey to map the prevalence of sexting and online sexual abuse (revenge porn, sextortion) throughout the country, in order to identify psychological and behavioural risk factors. The survey will allow us to acquire useful knowledge for the development of prevention interventions, helping to develop greater awareness of the effects of this type of abuse and to combat the sense of isolation and loneliness that increase the effects of violence for victims of revenge porn.
The survey is available in both German and Italian languages.
The survey is preceded by information on consent and privacy, but it should be noted that the data are collected in a completely anonymous form and it is impossible to trace the identity of those who answered the questions. The survey has received the approval of the ethics committee of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
